Terraspect delivers construction data that lands ready to use. From cut/fill volumes to machine control surfaces, every deliverable is formatted for real-world use in Civil 3D, Trimble, and standard construction workflows. We work directly with VDC and field teams so the data fits your process from day one.
What's included
Cut/Fill Volume Analysis – Accurate earthwork volumes calculated from survey-grade surface models, formatted for your reporting needs.
Machine Control Surface Files – Design surfaces and existing ground models delivered as LandXML or other machine control formats.
LandXML and Civil 3D Surfaces – TIN surfaces ready for import into Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or equivalent platforms.
Progress Documentation – Before/after comparisons and periodic progress mapping to track site conditions over time.
Grading Verification – As-built surface comparisons against design intent, delivered as color deviation maps or tabular data.
